Client:
Federal Chamber of Lawyers / Johanssen + Kretschmer Strategic Communication

Task:
To motivate and accompany the process of change in the legal community by suitable communications tools so that it is adequately prepared for the changing legal situation. The traditional, conservative image of lawyers must be transformed into one which is modern and client oriented.

Solution:
A campaign which alludes to possible difficulties occurring during mediation with clients, using a fresh design with a humorous, almost self-deprecating slant. Simple, client oriented guidance was developed, which offered active assistance with this process (guidebooks, advertisements with response slips to request information materials etc.).

Result:
The position of lawyers, as well as the legal community in general, is strengthened. The chamber can now distinguish itself as a problem solver in the work process.
